This solid shaved velvet has a light two way stretch and structure making it the ideal fabric choice for form-fitting garments that require flexibility and freedom of movement. Made from a blend of materials, including 98% Cotton and 2% Elastane, this stretch velvet fabric is durable and long-lasting. Its short pile gives the fabric an incredibly soft texture and a matte finish. Minimum order of 10 yards.
