Refund and Returns Policy


All sales are final. All purchases at are NOT eligible to be returned, refunded, or exchanged.  This includes purchases of cut fabric, trims, crystals, and bespoke items. Many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you and unfortunately many manufacturers are not set up to manage returns. If  you have any questions about an item, please contact us prior to purchasing and we can help with more information.

In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as the problem is identified and we will do our best to resolve the situation. After two weeks from your delivery date, we will no longer be able to provide any assistance on defective or damaged items.
