Placing an Order
Products must be purchased through EncoreHouseofFabrics.com. Inquiries for items via email, text or any other contact method are not accepted and does not reserve the items or their prices.
To place an order, the customer must provide their full name, valid email address, valid contact phone number and the shipping and billing addresses for delivery. We cannot ship orders without this information.
Encore House of Fabrics is not responsible if a customer provides us with the wrong shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have made a typo or given the wrong address.
The customer must comply with the rules of international shipping and provide full information, required by the country of import’s customs for proper delivery execution. If we are missing any necessary information, we will reach out to the customer via phone and/or email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the customer does not respond within one week.
All sales at Encore House of Fabrics are FINAL. Fabrics and trims are not able to be returned or exchanged. Bespoke order items are final sale, once approved and cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged.
Customers cannot edit their orders themselves after an order is submitted. If any changes are required, please, contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate.
If we need clarification on any order, we will contact the customer via email and/or phone. In the case that the customer does not respond within 1 week, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the order if it has already been paid.
In the event an item is unavailable, we will contact the customer via email and/or phone to either give them a timeframe for backorder, cancel the order, or to provide an alternate option.
If any fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to refuse a request and/or cancel an order.
Shipping
All costs of the items posted on the Website do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost will be emailed after the order is placed and will need to be approved and paid prior to the order being processed. We are able to ship the top quality fabrics from European manufacturer’s straight to you, but because our products come from various manufacturer’s with a wide variety of specialties, we are not able to estimate shipping costs prior to an order being placed, as there are such a wide variety of variables. Due to this, the most economical option for all involved, is to have customers approve the shipping invoices once the order is placed and our vendors are able to accurately gauge shipping fees. We do not make any money on the shipping and simply charge what the shipping service charges for each order.
Shipping service will be sent via manufacturer’s carrier of choice. Please write in the notes section to request expedited shipping. We will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Our suppliers all ship directly to our customers from Europe, so overnight shipping is generally not an option.
ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
Encore House of Fabrics cares about the safety of your order during transit. To provide an extra layer of protection, we offer the option to pay to insure your shipment. This charge will be added to your shipping fees and is completely optional. Shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
Customers must cover all expenses on the items and delivery of their order. This includes all shipping, taxes, and fees.
The items purchased from EncoreHouseofFabrics.com are shipped after the online order is fully paid, including the shipping which will be sent in an email once the order is placed. Prior to shipping the order, we must receive confirmation and payment for the shipping charges.
If we are unable to ship to the provided address for any reason, we will ask for an alternate address or will notify you and cancel the order with a full refund.
The delivery time can vary per carrier and time of year. You will be provided a tracking number to stay up to date on your shipment’s arrival.
Pricing
The listed price represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. Despite our best efforts, some of the items in our catalog may be incorrectly priced. If the correct price of an item sold by is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If an item you ordered is not available in a time frame that you require, we may recommend a substitution and will provide you the ability to approve the substitution prior to shipping.

We reserve the right to update and change the costs of all items at any time, depending on the market situation, currency fluctuations and other conditions.
All prices listed for fabric on EncoreHouseofFabrics.com are for 1 yard of fabric. Some fabrics will have an order minimum listed. For trims and crystals the amount per unit will be listed on the product description.
All sale prices are valid only within the timeframe of the sale announced on the Website or through our email marketing. Special offers and sale prices, if any, are subject to change at the sole discretion of EncoreHouseofFabrics.com.
All costs of the items posted on EncoreHouseofFabrics.com or the shipping costs do not include additional taxes, duties and fees. The shipping invoice will include these fees. This will need to be paid and approved prior to processing the order.

Encore House of Fabrics takes every step necessary to provide accurate color representation of items displayed online. However, we can not guarantee the colors of products ordered through our website, due to color variances beyond our control. Monitor display settings are not universal and can cause slight color discrepancies among products.
